Parc du Mont-Comi’s ski area boasts 4 ski lifts and 30 runs ranging from easy to double black diamond. There are also cross-country ski and snowshoe trails and walking paths for those who prefer peaceful excursions in the snow. Skiing at Parc du Mont-Saint-Mathieu
Parc du Mont-Saint-Mathieu is a family-friendly ski centre located 55 km south of Rimouski, less than 45 minutes away by car. The ski area is located on the shores of Lac Saint-Mathieu, with a vertical drop of 222 metres. Once you get to the top of the hill, you can enjoy a spectacular view before careening down the slope, which is 50% covered in undergrowth.
Parc du Mont-Saint-Mathieu provides a variety of winter activities, including downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and walking paths. With runs ranging from easy to double black diamond and spots for doing tricks and thrill-seeking, there is truly something for everyone.

Skiing at Club de ski Mont Biencourt
Our final selection is Club de ski Mont Biencourt, located 86 km from Rimouski in the regional county municipality of Témiscouata and its famous lake . The Club has 13 runs ranging from easy to black diamond, and its 100% natural snow and vertical drop of 185 metres make it a popular attraction.
The Club is dedicated to downhill skiing. Unlike the other ski centres on this list, Mont Biencourt’s ski area does not include cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, so select this ski centre only if you want to go downhill skiing. The Club also offers a ski school, with monitors available to accompany you.
