Check-in time is from 4:00 pm. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please head to your chalet.
You will find the key for your chalet on the bulletin board near the front door.

Departure time is before 11:00 am. If you plan to leave early in the morning, please notify reception the day before.
When you leave, it’s important to remember to put the key back on the board and to leave the chalet unlocked.

Respect for property. It’s the responsibility of the reservation holder to leave the premisis in a clean and welcoming condition. Vieux Loup de Mer reserves the right to claim monetary compensation for the replacement of missing of damaged equipment which occurs during your rental stay.
Respect for the maximum occupant capacity of the rental unit. It’s the responsibilty of the reservation holder to respect the maximum number of occupants of their rental unit. Vieux Loup de Mer reserves the right to interrupt the rental period (without refund) or to charge, in where the layout of the building allows it, an additional fee per additional person.
Camping. No camping acitivities are authorized on the Vieux Loup de Mer property.
Presence of domestic animals on the site. Vieux Loup de Mer prohibits, at all times, the presence of domestic animals inside the buildings or on the company’s exterior property.
Loss or theft on the site. Vieux Loup de Mer assumes no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal effects on site.
Final payment. Final payment must be made during check-in.
Late booking. In the case of a reservation made less than ten (10) days before the rental period, full payment by credit card or cash is required.
Reservation modifications. Vieux Loup de Mer assumes no responsibility for a cancellation or modification made to a reservation due to environmental conditions (temperature, road conditions, natural disasters, forest fires, flood, etc.)
All of the chalets have broadband wifi. Use the connection named Vieux Loup de Mer. The password is located near the phone.

The chalets are equipped with bedding, bath towels, toilet paper, ONEKA natural car products (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), UNSCENTED kitchen products, a filtre coffee maker, as well as a Nespresso Original coffee maker (6 capsules are included in the chalet and you can stock up on capsules at the recption desk for $1.20 each). There’s also a propane BBQ and wood stove with chopped wood at each chalet. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, a fridge, and oven to prepare your meals like at home. All you need to bring is food!
Unfortunately, no. Vieux Loup de Mer prohibits, at all times, the presence of domestic animals inside the chalets or on the exterior property.
SAFETY: Always leave the door closed.
ASHES: Place the ashes in the barrel provided for this purspose. You will find it near the parking lot. Use the available shovel. Never put ashes in plastic bins or waste containers.
Take the wood from the wood shed located near the parking lot (free). We have provided fire starters inside the chalets.
To access the shore, you can take the path called La grève located next to chalet Le Chasse-Marée.
A safe and well-lit staircase is also available to go down to the shore. It’s located between chalets Le Canadien and Le Loup Marin. We remind you it is illegal to have fires on the shore.
Be careful during your descent!
There are two public parking lots near recpetion for guests. The only chalets with private parking is Le Chasse-Marée and Le Doux Repos. Reserved parking is available for guests. We have a charging station for electric vehicles. As the property is pedestrian there is no car access to the chalets.
To ensure peace and quiet, we ask all our guests to significantly reduce outside noise from 10:00 pm. Holding gatherings inside and outside the chalets is strictly prohibited.
The charging station is located very close to reception. To use it, simply download the EVDUTY app and enter your information.
The laundry room is located at the top of the cliff near the west parking lot of the site.

The key for the laundry room is located on the bulletin board inside each chalet.
The tap water on site is drinkable. Water on site comes from a well treated using a chlorination system. It is therefore essential to use it responsibly, especially in July and August. Please be mindful of the amount of water you use.
Sewage flows into a sceptic tank system. Please do not discard/flush toxic products, food, tampons or sanitary napkins.
Cable TV is available in each chalet. The remote is located near the television.

To prevent the presence of small wild animals near the chalets, it’s recommended to place garbage and waste in the apropriate containers, near the parking lot.
A small collection bin is availble to you. You will find it on the porch of your chalet.
Located very close to reception, our chickens wait for you daily in the henhouse to offer you fresh eggs. Please follow the on-site instructions for morning pick-up.
Please do not enter the henhouse. Use the hatch at the back of the chicken coop to collect eggs.
Remember to leave eggs for other guests to collect.
The vegetable garden is located very close to reception, and is available free of charge. It’s full of fresh vegetables and herbs during the summer season to accompany your meals.
The garden is open from the end of June to September, providing Mother Nature is willing to cooperate.
